How can I get more mail storage? Contact maple[@]t4a[.]tech, but storage may not be available, so clear your emails regularly.

My emails keep landing in the spam folder... While we've done what we can to ensure mail gets delivered, it isn't 100% guaranteed. Try making sure your emails don't have spammy or clickbait-y content (e.g, all capitalized letters, giveaways). Avoid sending large amounts of emails at once. Avoid using URL shorteners and linking to sketchy websites.

When will you add [feature]? Whenever I have the time. This is a volunteer project, without pay, and currently only me developing, maintaining, administrating, and managing all aspects of this project.

The website is down... Probably doing maintenance or a meteor hit the datacenter. Either way, I'll restore services ASAP.

I forgot my email password... If you registered a recovery/backup email address, then use it to reset your password. Otherwise, I can't help you.

Will you read my emails? Unless ordered by a judge with a validated court order, no. Check the Warrant Canary in the Technical section if you're worried about that.

How can I trust you? You can't. Nothing is ever 100% trustworthy, I might be deceiving you, I might plant keyloggers, I might get hacked. If you're able, use PGP encryption on your emails for end-to-end encryption. Otherwise, you will have to accept the risk or choose another provider.

I emailed and didn't get a response... I might be busy or just forgot. Try again or wait.

Web-box isn't letting me sign up... You might be ratelimited - you can only generate one key per hour, so make sure you save your existing key. If it's been longer than an hour, contact me.

I can't run X on web-box... Web-box runs on debian linux. Make sure you're installing linux versions of apps.

I don't know how linux works... Contact me for technical support.

I forgot my web-box key... There's nothing I can do, you'll have to re-generate a key.

What happens when I log off web-box? Everything stays the same for 36 hours, then your web-box computer turns off. It will turn back on when you login again.

All my data is gone when I log back into web-box... If you haven't logged in within 30 days, it may be automatically deleted.

My server is slow... All web-box sessions are limited in resources (4 CPU Cores, 2GB RAM, 8GB Storage /root, 10Mbit)

(Switch-specific) The keyboard is glitchy... Unfortunately this is an issue with how the Switch's native keyboard mismatches with the web browser which also mismatches with the VNC server. There is no known fix.
